- I hereby certify that all appraisals performed by me will comply with applicable state and federal laws and regulations and will be prepared in accordance with the current Uniform Standards of Professional Practice (USPAP).
- I agree to be legally accountable to River Funding Corporation for compliance with foregoing standards, guidelines, and requirements in any such report and for errors or inaccuracies contained therein, as if the report had been specifically prepared for River Funding Corporation. The foregoing standards, guideline requirements, and liability for errors and inaccuracies will apply whether or not I am aware that such report is actually to be submitted to River Funding Corporation.
- I acknowledge that my appraisal work and qualifications will be subject to periodic review for purposes of general evaluation, underwriting, and quality control. The results of these reviews may be made available to other lenders, private mortgage insurance companies, investors, and regulatory agencies.
- I acknowledge that my status as an accepted appraiser relies on continuing evidence of accurate and responsible reporting. Any pattern of unreliable performance or individual instance of negligence, gross inaccuracy, or misstatement of fraud may result in removal from the panel.
- I hereby affirm to the best of my knowledge and belief that no professional organization, government agency, or client has ever taken any disciplinary action against me or anyone in my employment or has notified me or anyone in my employment that it intends to do so or is investigating any complaint that might lead to such action. I further affirm that no state or territory has denied me or anyone in my employment a real estate appraiser license or certification or has ever suspended or revoked an issued license or certification. I understand that any omission, inaccuracy, or failure to make full disclosure now or at the time of such future notion, notification, denial, suspension, or revocation will disqualify me from performing appraisals for River Funding Corporation.
- I hereby affirm to the best of my knowledge and belief that neither I nor anyone in my employment has ever been convicted of a crime involving breach of trust, dishonesty, or money laundering. I understand that any omission, inaccuracy, or failure to make full disclosure now or at the time of such conviction will disqualify me from performing appraisal work for River Funding Corporation.
- I have read and understand the above appraisal policy of River Funding Corporation and agree to abide by it.
